The Vida Running Hydration Vest comes with two 500 ml BPA-free soft flasks, giving you a total of 1 L hydration capacity. It's also compatible with a hydration bladder (up to 2 L, not included) — perfect for longer training runs or trail adventures.

The vest uses elastic adjustability across two size ranges for a secure, bounce-free fit. Check our Size Guide for chest measurements.

Tip: The vest fits slightly smaller than the label range — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Yes. The Vida Vest is lightweight, breathable, and stable enough for both road runs and trail missions. It's designed to move with you, not against you.

Multiple secure pockets hold your phone, gels, keys, snacks, or even a lightweight jacket — keeping your essentials close without bounce.

Rinse the flasks with warm water after each use. Hand-wash the vest in cold water with mild soap, then air dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to preserve the mesh and elastic straps.

We offer free NZ shipping on all orders. Vests are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and typically arrive in 2–3 business days (rural deliveries may take longer).

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the customer's cost. If your vest is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping.
